Andy Pilsbury has been continuing his long standing relationship with the Plume Art Collective in collaboration with Big Cat Agency on a shoot for a new restaurant opening in Leicester!

Working with art director, Ernest Otoo from the Plume Art Collective, Andy captured these images for the exterior of the restaurant.

Plume look to create interesting and abstract compositions using predominantly ink in water based methods. They received recognition for the work in 2015 by winning the ‘Best in Book’ award for the Creative Review and have since won a couple more along the way.

Tandem Restaurant opened in September 2019 and saw Andy’s images of Plumes work on both the exterior and interior of the venue. The work was made with playful and sophisticated colour palettes in mind and based around taglines such as ‘Unexpected flavours X stunning interiors’

Strikingly different from Andy’s usual portraiture and documentary style we are familiar with, Andy was able to put his technical abilities to use here to capture something different!
