This Christmas, while the LPA team were busy eating mince pies and watching Christmas TV, Josh Adam Jones was capturing this series while at home with his family!

Josh says this Christmas was slightly different because it was his nephew’s first ever one, so their usual routine was slightly skewed by his nap times and feeding times, but he says no one minded because he’s adorable!

He also says that it has been many years since he has formally made portraits of some of his family members, so it was nice to have the time to do so over the festive break.

Christmas can often be wrapped up with the ideals of happiness, but it can also be a time that is tough on mental wellbeing. Josh says that this mini-series was a way of slowing down, checking in with those around him and sharing a moment of quiet reflection amongst the hectic holidays.
